For the reason of the power supply, the voltage of the nozzle is too high. If the voltage displayed on the indicator light of the nozzle board is bright red light or alarm, the splashing ink may appear during the use.

03 Print the test strip to check the condition of the nozzle. If it is found to be blocked or faint, it is necessary to clean the passage of the nozzle to keep it open. The solution to the disconnection of the nozzle needs to check the condition of the nozzle frequently to see if there is any illusion or blockage. If it needs to be processed immediately, the phenomenon of splashing ink cannot be avoided.
04 Electronic control system problem, this requires special technical personnel to carry out maintenance to solve.
05 The distance between the nozzle and the carrier is too high, so it is easy to solve them by shortening their distance.
