1. The moisturizing bottom plate and the nozzle should not fit too tightly to prevent the ink from the nozzle from leaking and causing ink stringing.

2. Do not use positive non-woven fabric on the moisturizing bottom plate, or pour the cleaning liquid directly on the non-woven fabric. Excessive cleaning liquid will flow back into the nozzles and cause ink to flow between the nozzles.

Note:

UV does not need to be moisturized daily, but must be strictly protected from light. When the UV machine is not used for more than 15 days, refer to item A for moisturizing the nozzle surface.

Cleaning the nozzle of uv flatbed printer:

A. Routine cleaning, maintenance for normal ink cut and UV printing

Use positive pressure to clean, after the ink comes out of the nozzle, use a cotton swab to wipe along the steel sheet. (Note: Do not touch the nozzle during the wiping process. If you accidentally touch the nozzle, you need to repeat the positive pressure cleaning again.)

B. When the nozzle is difficult to clean into perfect condition

Using a cotton swab soaked in cleaning fluid, gently wipe the nozzle part once, and then repeat operation A.

C. When the fixed hole position cannot be washed out by the above operation

Use a new cotton swab, soak it in the cleaning solution, and use the cotton swab to wipe the steel sheet 2 to 4 times while pressing positively, and then repeat A.

D. Oblique spray, dry surface, plugging, if the above three conditions occur

Stick a piece of non-woven fabric (several layers thick) soaked with cleaning fluid on the surface of the nozzle for moisturizing. After placing it for 24 hours, remove the non-woven fabric for positive pressure cleaning. If the above three conditions still occur, you need to Repeat moisturizing.

1. Install the exhaust pipe

1. Install the outer wire connector and the inner wire plug first, and then connect the connector to the hose.

2. Connect the other end of the hose to the ink tube connector, and confirm that the hose has been inserted into the bottom of the connector and is not loose.

3. Hold the ink tube connector with one hand and fix the nozzle filter with the other hand, and lock the ink tube connector clockwise vertically.

4. Check that the connected hose should not be too skewed to both sides, and space should be reserved for the remaining components.

                        Operating conditions

1. Corrosion-resistant hose: length 150mm (length adjusted according to actual conditions), inner diameter 4mm outer diameter 6mm. (must pass the immersion test of UV ink and cleaning before use).

2. The outer wire connector of the hose (outer diameter 5~5.2mm), the inner wire plug.

3. Ink tube connector.

                        Operational focus

1. The hose must be inserted into the bottom of the connector.

2. The hose must not be loose or damaged.

3. When locking the nozzle filter, the filter must be fixed with one hand, and the strength must be controlled to avoid damage to the filter.

4. It is recommended not to use check valve type check valve.

2. Install the water circulation pipeline

1. Connect the hose to the straight joint first.

2. Put the metal pipe clamp into the hose, and then connect the hose to the water circulation interface.

3. Clamp the metal pipe clamp with needle-nose pliers, turn it back and forth horizontally and vertically downward, move the pipe clamp, move the pipe clamp to the bottom, and then loosen the needle-nose pliers.

4. The installed pipeline is as shown in the figure. Pay attention to check whether the joints are tightly connected, whether the metal pipe clamp is fixed, and the hose cannot be loosened or damaged.

                                        Operating conditions

1. Corrosion-resistant hose: length 50mm (length depends on the actual situation), inner diameter 3mm outer diameter 6mm. (must pass the immersion test of UV ink and cleaning before use)

2. Straight-through connector, the outer diameter of the connector end is 4~4.2mm

3. Metal pipe clamp, made of corrosion-resistant metal, with an inner diameter of 6mm

1. The hose must be inserted into the bottom of the connector.

2. The hose must not be loose or damaged.

3. The strength must be controlled when locking the interface to avoid damage to the interface.

4. The needle-nose pliers should not use too much force when clamping the pipe clamp, so as not to cause the clamping force to decrease.

Three, install the data flat cable

1. Put the rubber gasket into the cable in the direction specified in the figure.

2. Before installation, bend the flat data cable 90° inward along the reinforcing plate for easy installation, then insert the flat cable into the slot in the specified direction, and move the protective sheet to the metal fixing sheet.

3. Then align the slot protective cover according to the screw holes, and lock the protective cover with screws.

4. Pay attention to check whether the protective cover is locked, and there should be no such unfavorable situation that it is tilted and the fixed position is damaged.

1. The cable must be installed in place, not skewed, to prevent the nozzle from burning.

2. The direction of the cable, the direction of the rubber sheet, and the direction of the protective cover must be correct, not reversed.

3. The holes must be aligned when locking the screws, and the sliding teeth must not be locked.

4. When installing the flat data cable, check whether the pins are complete.

Fourth, install the ink tube and nozzle

1. Remove the protective film on the nozzle.

2. Rotate the ink tube in the opposite direction, then fix the ink tube connector with one hand and connect the ink tube with the other hand.

3. Use a screwdriver to loosen the nozzle fixing block.

4. Align the nozzle with the card position and place it in, and then use a screwdriver to lock the fixing block.

5. Connect the nearby water circulation pipeline to the straight joint.

6. Insert the flat cable into the interface according to the corresponding interface position.

1. Pay attention to loose the fixing block when placing the nozzle.

2. The nozzle direction must be correct.

3. After the water pipe and the ink pipe are connected, there should be no distortion.

4. The flat cable cannot be inserted in the wrong position, reversed, or not inserted in place.

5. Install the nozzle as far as possible to the outside.
